Ray Beckerman has for some time been one of the loudest of the voices speaking out against the legal and otherwise tactics being used by the recording industry cartel. His blog is pretty much required reading for anyone with an interest in p2p legal news and the ongoing legal actions being taken against often defenceless individuals by large industry cartels.
When Ray was invitited to publish an article in the Judges Journal detailing just how the cartel bully individuals in courts across America, he jumped at the chance. You can read his finished article here:
http://recordingindustryvspeople.blogsp ... large.htmlHopefully this will help open judges eyes as to exactly what the recording industry is up to across the US and help prevent the situation commonly found where they change their stories on a regular basis in different states. The article obviously uses some legal terminology, but in general its a fairly straight forward read.
