In a typically PirateBay move, useage t&c's have been added to their site, interesting read, if organizations such as Media Sentry (Winmx flooder and Riaa employed scum bags) access the PirateBay site they become liable for charges, lol, nice work PirateBay! This will prove very interesting when the infringements begin, as the PirateBay have reserved the right to publish all related info, as per usual!

Personal usage, although violating this policy, will not be charged. We will simply block those users.

PirateBay have made it clear they intend to make life increasingly difficult for Media Sentry with the goal being to get the Riaa to drop them, and ultimatly put them out of business. I wonder if we ever get a new client to replace Winmx if similar T&C's could be added to perform a similar task?
